A delegation of Taiwanese investors visited Clark Freeport Zone as part of their investment mission to the Philippines. The group was warmly welcomed by Aileen R. Zosa, President and CEO of the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA), who expressed her appreciation for the delegation’s interest in exploring investment opportunities in the country.

During their visit, the Taiwanese investors were given updates on BCDA’s various projects by Mr. Arrey A. Perez, Vice President for Corporate Services. The delegation also received presentations from Clark Development Corporation’s Assistant Vice President for Business Development and Enhancement Group, Thelma C. Ocampo, and Clark International Airport Corp.’s OIC – President and CEO, Darwin L. Cunanan.

The presentations showcased the various investment opportunities and incentives offered by the Clark Freeport Zone, which has become a prime investment destination in the Philippines. The delegation was impressed with the potential for growth and development in the area.

Filinvest Land, Inc.’s Senior Vice President, Mr. Francis Ceballos, and MTD Philippines, Inc.’s President, Engr. Patrick David also provided updates on their current projects for development, further emphasizing the vibrant business environment in the area.

Atty. Edgardo Pamintuan, Chairman of the Subic-Clark Alliance for Development, closed the program by expressing his gratitude to the delegation for considering Clark as their new home for business expansion. He noted that the visit of the Taiwanese investors was a testament to the growing interest and confidence in the Philippines’ economy and its potential for long-term growth.
