Subic-Clark Alliance for Development (SCAD) hosted the organizational meeting of the Sacobia River Watershed Coordinating Body on Wednesday, 14 September 2022, at AFG Conference Room, Clark Development Corporation (CDC) with the aim of starting the activities towards the protection and development of the Sacobia Watershed.

The Sacobia River Watershed Coordination Body was formed under the Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation (MOUC) signed on 21 October 2022 by: Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) Region III, Department of Agriculture (DA) Region III, Department of Education (DepEd) Region III, Clark Water Corporation (CWC), Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) Region III, National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) Region III, National Commission on Indigenous People (NCIP) Region III, Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Region III, Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA), Clark development Corporation (CDC), Provincial Environment and Natural Resources – Pampanga and Tarlac, City Environment and Natural Resources – Porac and Bamban, Widus Foundation Inc . Environmental Practitioners Association, Prime Waters Mabalacat, Angeles, and Porac, Clark Investors and Locators Association (CILA), Sibul ning Aeta Foundation, Sangguniang Tribung Aeta and the Subic-Clark Alliance for Development (SCAD).
